It consists of welding carriage with four-rollers, welding controller, welding power source, wire feeder, control system, welding flux circulation device, welding seam direction leading device, adjustment device of welding torch, cables, etc.
Weld butt seam or overlapping seam by carriage traveling on rails. Rails are not necessary when welding vertical tank or outer corer seam because of adoption of magnetic adsorption plant.
