XCW-3.5KW HDPE Electric Butt fusion welding machine
HDPE Electric Butt fusion welding mannual is an electrofusion machine suitable for welding low voltage HDPE and PP coulings (from 8 to 48 Volts) for high pressure conduits. The Elektra machine is made in accordance with the International Standards.
Application and feature
*Dexian series electro-fusion welding machine is usually used for welding pressure/non-pressure PE pipes and composite tubes with diameter less than 600 mm
*Dexian series electro-fusion welding machine mainly includes these with power at 3.5KW, 8KW or 12KW.
*Welding type includes voltage type and current type. Welding time can be compensated by environment temperate.
*The electro-fusion welding machine of 3.5KW can weld pure PE pipes, PP pipes, composite tubes with small diameter, and all weld pipes with diameter equal or less than 315mm.
Input voltage: 170V-270V, Output voltage:0-50V, adjustable.
*The electro-fusion welding machine of 8KW can provide welding voltage up to 130V, and weld pipes with diameter equal or less than 450mm.
*The electro-fusion welding machine of 12KW can provide welding voltage up to 170V,and weld pipes with diameter equal or less than 600mm.It used for welding steel framed composited pipes, etc.
*High-level MCU used as control core, with abundant parameter setting, measuring and prefect protective function.
*High brightness LCD, Chinese and English language operation, convenient communication interface between man and machine.
*Wide power supply and voltage input (170-440V), wide frequency input (40-65HZ), suitable for generators, and fully adapt to the complex construction site conditions.
*High precision control to electric energy and time, insuring welding quality.
*High-level MCU control, digital PID regulator, swifty output response time when power supply breaks with 500~800ms.

H beam production line: This production line is developed on the base of the former common H beam production line, equipped with proper accessory equipments such as 90°hydraulic turning-over frame, 45°hydraulic turning-over frame, parallel steel conveyer, chain turning-over machine and feeding roller etc. It realized semi-automatic producing procedure of H beam. Except cutting lay-off and exchanging procedure of T beam assembling and straightening of wing plates, the whole process doesn’t need hoisting. It greatly improves the producing efficiency and reduces the work intensity. This line also has the advantages such as being of good equipment and reasonable flow layout etc.
The conveyer turning-over machine can manage parallel conveying and 360°turning-over of the workpieces. It operates conveniently, safely and durably. The maximum hoisting capacity is 20, 10 and 5 tons, which is optional choice. The 90°and 45°turning-over rack adopt hydraulic throttle synchronization turning-over and mechanic orientation. Steel conveyer mainly has two functions of moving and lifting. There are carrying capacity of 8 and 10 tons for choice when hydraulic pressure elevating.
