The basic principle is to make use of transducer to transform high-frequency electronic energy to high-frequency mechanical oscillation. The ultrasonic welding is through high-frequency vibration of tens of thousands of cycles per second to make high-speed heat frictions of tens of thousands of times per second between contacting plastic part and plastic part or plastic part and metal part to weld both parts on a plastic subassembly.
