The welding manipulator is broadly applied in the industry of boiler, pressure-vessel, pipe and steel structure. FMC provide light duty and heavy duty welding manipulator to suit different production requirements. The machine is composed with host machine, flex arm, welding unit, rails and control system. Welding unit is equipped with inching switch to adjust the welding line position. The chain anti-rupturing device& anti-gliding device ensure the stable operation.
The machine can also combine with Turning Rollers, Positioner, or Tilter for welding Large Dia. Tanks. Machine can be equipped with Welding Tracer, Monitoring System, and Welding Flux Automatic Recycle System.

2. Cross-section of boom and column is calculated scientifically . Drooping of boom along horizontal travel is 2mm/m
3. Boom lifting device has anti-falling device , of ratchet struchet structure,safe and reliable .
4. Boom end has cross-slides ,which can be controlled thru manual pendant
5. Control roller has eccentric shaft ,which can decrease clearance between roller and rail
6. Columm revolve unit has motor-driven and manual drive
7. Control unit includes control and pendant ,interface with positioner and turning rolls also prepared
