YS-FHS series split type welding flux recycling and conveying machine is the welding flux processing equipment with detachable structure developed specially for welding machine and proprietary welding machine. There are two available parts, those are recycling dust removal machine group and collected welding flux conveying machine group. Users can choose YS-H type and YS-H30M in accordance with actual recycling distance. The collected welding flux conveying machine group is the YS-FHS split type series welding flux recycling and conveying machine can be placed on the platform or placed horizontally respectively, and then connect with welding flux suction port and small hopper in the front of cross beam. This series machines have advantages such as flexible combination, wide application range and adaptability to recycle and convey welding flux used for long-distance welding work. When choosing YS-H30M, it can also use the in-built dust removal filtering components made of imported high efficient filtering materials, which will leave the vent drain free of power or dust and creat a good working environment. The clients can also choose the control mode, such as "simple-type controller", "intelligent relay controller" or "full-automatic PLC controller", in accordance with different requirements.

There are FHS80/100/150/200, and the different type has different recycling distance and volume of pre-feeding welding flux, so users can choose as the actual demand.
