Power Source Operation features(E Series/B Series)
l 200°C insulation, main transformer and reactor coils are Class-H insulated by US Dupont Nomex(R) Paper and Japanese HITACHI-Chemical insulating varnish with high insulation strength, high temperature resistance and dustproof.
l Main circuit with SCHNEIDER AC contactor, featuring no-load current pull-in, fully enclosed structure, high stability and reliability.
l Main circuit with two Swiss LEM current transformers, featuring high temperature resistance, anti-interference, monitoring the current output from the interphase of balancing reactor, which protects the main transformer effectively.
l The protection against short circuit of control cable prevents damage to the PCB caused by internal short of control cable, short between control cable and the workpiece or the output cable.
l Featuring Anti-interference of high frequency, which protects the PCB against damage caused by high frequency and voltage generated by the working TIG welder surrounding.
l Protection class-IP21S, featuring physical isolation between main circuit and control circuit, which prevents the control circuit from being interfered by the main circuit, the whole structure has excellent moisture resistance, anti-dipping and dustproof, which enables the machine to work in tough environment.
l The state of the art control circuit features stable welding current to assure best welding quality.
l Digital display, easy for reading.
l The compact panel accords with the users application habit with easy operation.
l The gouging current is also presettable before gouging operation for convenient operation.
When selecting SAW or ESW welding mode, power source will output control signals automatically to tractors or welding head, and switching to constant speed or variable speed feeding.
