Welding Turning Rollers are auxiliary machines which can combine with welding manipulator for turning the tank to the right position while welding. The machine is mainly used for petrochemical industry and boiler industry. To suit for different types of tank / pressure vessel, FMC offer various solutions---self adjusting turning roller, adjustable turning roller, anti-sliding turning roller, etc…
The turning roller is composed of roller base, roller, anti-sliding rubber, motor & reducer, AC transducer, LCD monitor, etc… FMC also provide tailor made turning rollers (Max. capacity: 500 tons) according to the user’s required capacity.

Adjustable Turning Roller


Anti-Sliding Turning Roller
This series is used for welding the thick-wall and narrow gap shells, and used to prevent the work piece from drifting axially. In case the turning-roll slides, it is adopted with the radial movement for adjustment. The anti-sliding accuracy is ≤±2mm.
