Mechanical-adjusting Welding Turning Rolls

Introduction

The turning rolls is a machine that revolves the workpieces, by means of friction between workpiece and driving wheel, or between the supporting ring of non-round workpiece and driving wheel.
Our company adopts AC motoor to drive the turning rolls and frequency converter to regulate the speed, with wide speed regulating range, smooth running and good low-speed characteristic.
After properly adjusting the height of the driving and following roll, it can also assemble and weld the pyramid and waney rotation. For some nonround long weldments, they can also be installed and welded on the turning roll if they were put in special circline clamoing band.
According to the method regulating the center distance between the rolls, our company’s turning rolls can be divided into self-adjustable roll, and adjustable roll(including mechanical adjusting roll), with their own symbolic of ZT, KT(JT), with a loading capacity from 0.5T to 800T, and the diameter range of the barrels being welded is from Φ1500mm to Φ8000mm.
Automatic and mechanic anti-floating mechanism can be chosen for adjustable turning roll.
Mechanic anti-floating mechanism can be chosen for self-adjustable rolls and mechanical adjusting rolls.
Steel-rubber combination wheel and all rubber wheel are used for all the less than 100T turning rolls, pressed with special type rubber, having good wear resistance, carrying capacity and strong driving ability.
Our company will produce the turning rolls over 100T or with special change and modification according to the detailed requirements of the customer.
